What is RestockAlerts' refund policy?

For users who haven't tracked any products: If you cancel your subscription without ever setting up a product alert, you're eligible for a full refund of your last month's payment. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of cancellation.  For users who have tracked products: Once you've set up and tracked at least one product, no refunds are issued for subscription cancellations. This is because our system has already consumed compute resources to monitor and check your tracked products multiple times per hour. Every product you track requires our servers to continuously poll retailer websites, process data, and maintain alert infrastructure 24/7. These resources are consumed from the moment you create your first alert, regardless of whether you receive a notification.
